Hi Michael,
In November of 2008, I was invited to the Regional Corporate Office
by my District Manager.
I was working as a General Manager for a popular fitness chain. I
won’t say which chain but, I will tell you they are open 24 hours a
day.
I was earning a strong base salary due to my past performance and
achievements. I had been given awards and won several sales
contest prior to being promoted to General Manager.
That day I met with my District Manager and Regional VP to find out
that I was being let go.
I was looking up videos on YouTube about marketing when I came

I took your advice and as I did I got more and more confidence that
this could work.
I took the information I had learned and began to apply it.
I went to your website and downloaded the Opportunity Analysis
Worksheet and listen to your training.
After listening to more of your interviews with Richard and other
HMA consultants I came up with a new marketing plan.
A smaller area Chamber of Commerce was having an award ceremony
coming up in January.
As part of their once a year Gala they also have an auction to
raise money.
I gave the chamber 5 certificates for the Opportunity Analysis
which is up to 2 hours of marketing consulting and gave it a value
of $500.
The chamber was very thankful and even sent me a receipt for my
donation.
I got a call from one of the recipients who set an appointment so I
could come to their business and go through the Opportunity
Analysis.
They were very pleased and had lots of Assets to Optimize!
I offered them 1 phase at $1,795 or 2 at $2,995 and The Core 4 at
$4,995.
They wanted The Core 4.
I then set up the next appointment and told them what I needed them
to bring to the next meeting, just like Richard said.
I picked up my check for $4995 and began working with the client.
In challenging times it is great to have such a powerful

River Monsters
I’m not too much in to fishing, but there’s a cool new show on the
Animal Planet I’ve been watching with my 9 year old son.
It’s called River Monsters.
And when you think about it, business and fishing is a lot alike.
The show is hosted by an extreme angler names Jeremy Wade.
And I want to tell you about three of these fresh water
monsters you’ll learn about on the show.
First is the ALLIGATOR GAR..
This is an ancient fish with an alligator-like head and a devilish
reputation.
Some say the alligator gar is a maneater.
Second is the deadly PIRANHA..
These fish work in large packs and have razor sharp teeth.
This tiny terror can strip away meat down to the bone in a matter
of minutes.
They’ll even eat humans when provoked.
And third is the WELS CATFISH ..
You would not believe the size of this monster.
You’ll see Jeremy catching one at a whopping 150 pounds.
They come from Europe and the Wels catfish has been accused of
feasting on people as far back as the 15th century.
And all this talk about fishing reminded me of a Mr. Jonathan
Harrison from Macon Georgia.
Jonathan grew up fishing with his Dad as a young boy.
Jonathan just started a small fishing guide business on Macon’s
lake Juliet.
