We had a call from Forbes headquarters in Los Angeles.
They wanted two of their people to attend our seminar.
They just wanted to know what the price was.

I thought you were going to write an article.
They said we were, but you do realize we’re investigative
reporters.
I said, well what does that mean.
He said, we don’t go out, write people up that have a good program
that works.
I said, what are you talking about?
They said, you’re the most boring person that we’ve ever chose to
look at.
You teach a certain thing and it really works.
I mean, the other people we go after are people that are scamsters.
They said everybody we checked with had great things to say — and
actually, you are very boring.
I was sitting there, I was really stunned.
I was voted most boring by Forbes Magazine.
After a while, it became a joke, but in the beginning, I was really
insulted because I was told that I was boring …

Neighbors got robbed . . .
Yesterday, during the day my next door neighbors were robbed.
Two young guns bought the foreclosed property across the street on
the corner of Conrad and Gaylord.
Their goal was to rehab the house and flip it and make a fast
$100,000.
They paid $370,000 and have it on the market now for $570,000.
They have about $100,000 into the rehab.
They went all out, top of the line appliances, flooring and
landscaping.
They cut out part of the driveway to plant beautiful palm trees and
lush grass.
They put on a new roof too.
And in the worst market for San Diego real estate in 20 years, they
put it on the market.
For the last five weekends, they have been promoting their open
house.
They’ve had hundreds of people walk the home.
I was outside talking to my postman when one of the guys came up to
me.
The look on his face was odd.
He asked me if I had seen anyone over by his house today.
I said I hadn’t and I asked him why.
He told me they were robbed.
I couldn’t believe it.
I told him how sorry I was and I asked them what did they steal.
He said they took all the good stuff.
His plasma flat screen T.V.’s, his stereos, all his watches that
his grandfather had given to him as a kid.
I felt bad and fearful for my own family’s safety at the same
time.
But as I compared his situation to mine, my fear began to fade.
Here’s why…
He has a job working for someone else.
He’s out of the house by 7:00am and is gone all day until 6:00pm.
I work from home.
I am in and out of my home all the time.
And I thought in terms of a robber.
Whose home am I going to rob?
The one that is empty all day with no cars in the driveway?

All this makes me appreciate the freedom I have gained from my

Yes, I am charging $2500/step due before each step starts.
I start this Friday.
I Met this guy at my daughter’s volleyball match. Asked him what he
does. How’s business? He asked what I did and said that is exactly
what I am looking for.
If things go well which I suspect that will, I want to take him
thru all eight steps.
