One Last Kiss . . .

Before I left the room and turned his light down, my son said  . . .

Dad, we always do one regular kiss at the beginning and one regular kiss at the end, before you leave the room.”

And so I agreed

And we do eight kisses in between

First is the regular kiss.

Then, a left cheek kiss

Right cheek kiss

Just like the Italians do

Then a butterfly kiss

One on each side.

Him first, then me

Left eye kiss

Right eye kiss

And finally and Eskimo kiss

All this stuff before bed may seems silly to you

But I’ll assure you it’s not silly to my son.

And you should treat your good night kisses the same as your marketing.

One marketing strategy may seem nice, but in today’s world you’ll need to do more.

Something Embarrassing You Don’t Know About Me . . .

Here’s something you don’t know about me . . .

And it’s something for some reason I’m a bit embarrassed to share with you.

But here it goes.

Did you know that I like to nap?

I do.

In fact, I take at least one nap per day.

My nap could be a cat nap that last only 15 minutes.

Or I could get a real drooler of a nap going that can last up to 90 minutes.

Sometimes I take my naps during the mid morning day between 10 and 11 after I shower from a work out or run.

Sometimes I take my nap after a big sushi lunch.

I take most of my naps just before I end my work day at 5:00

So if you call me during any of these times and I don’t pick up the phone, it could be because I’m napping.
