River Monsters
I’m not too much in to fishing, but there’s a cool new show on the
Animal Planet I’ve been watching with my 9 year old son.
It’s called River Monsters.
And when you think about it, business and fishing is a lot alike.
The show is hosted by an extreme angler names Jeremy Wade.
And I want to tell you about three of these fresh water
monsters you’ll learn about on the show.
First is the ALLIGATOR GAR..
This is an ancient fish with an alligator-like head and a devilish
reputation.
Some say the alligator gar is a maneater.
Second is the deadly PIRANHA..
These fish work in large packs and have razor sharp teeth.
This tiny terror can strip away meat down to the bone in a matter
of minutes.
They’ll even eat humans when provoked.
And third is the WELS CATFISH ..
You would not believe the size of this monster.
You’ll see Jeremy catching one at a whopping 150 pounds.
They come from Europe and the Wels catfish has been accused of
feasting on people as far back as the 15th century.
And all this talk about fishing reminded me of a Mr. Jonathan
Harrison from Macon Georgia.
Jonathan grew up fishing with his Dad as a young boy.
Jonathan just started a small fishing guide business on Macon’s
lake Juliet.
Jonathan called looking for ideas on how to get his business
started without spending much money.
He had just spent most of his money on a $25,000 fishing boat.
Listen in as I show Jonathan how to grow his little fishing guide
business without spending money on advertising.
I take Jonathan through the same opportunity analysis that my HMA
Marketing Consultants use to get paying clients.
You may be able to use some of the ideas from my interview with
Jonathan for your business.
You can even download the opportunity analysis questioniar.

PS. Jonathan’s lake Juliet does not have the huge fish like in the
show River Monsters. But with the right marketing Jonathan can
create a monster size business without spending much on advertising.
Learn how in this interview below.
PSS. Two days ago I sent out a success story about how James Dutton
got a $5000 client by using a consulting gift certificate.
I have created a template of one that I think looks pretty good. And
I’ll send it to you as a Publisher and PDF file. All you have to do
it replace my information with yours, print some out at your local
print shop and get them out in the community. Then, sit back and
wait for a bite. If you want one, e-mail me in all CAPS…
“GONE FISHING”
And I’ll send you both of these files.
Here’ the link how James used his certificate to get his first
consulting clients.
